Our Company is one of the leading business conglomerates in Indian Steel Market and is engaged in a wide range of “TMT BARS” that touch the most basic and far advanced aspects of Infrastructure Sector in routine. Established in 1998, our Company continues to maintain or exceed standards that are demanded by the most careful clients in the segment of quality. The name and business strength that has been earned by our Company today, is due to the professionally equipped and able staff, who have a varied experience of the Indian market and good knowledge of serving the customers to their satisfaction. This is further enhanced by the innovative ideas of the management, who strive from time to time in creating awareness and keeping the company at par to the latest development of today's world. We are a professionally managed company that believes in profitable, sustainable and enjoyable long-term relationships with its all concerned persons.

Shree Sidhbali Industries Limited was originally incorporated in 1998 as Shree Sidhbali Sugar Limited. In 2009, our company started manufacturing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Bars by establishing a new re-rolling mill in Kotdwar (Uttrakhand) with a capacity of 75000 TPA, later enhanced upto 120000 TPA, in addition to an Induction Furnace to manufacture M.S. Ingot with a capacity of 30000 TPA. In February 2011, our company was renamed as “Shree Sidhbali Industries Limited”. Our company makes and sells TMT bars under the brand name of “SIDHBALI SARIA”.

Mr. Shri Krishan Dass Gupta

Mr. Shri Krishan Dass Gupta aged 61 years, is working as a whole-time Director in Company. He is a commerce graduate with degree in Law. He has good experience of more than 30 years in steel sector.

Mr. Arvind Agarwal

Mr. Arvind Agarwal aged 49 years, is working as another whole-time Director in Company. He is an engineering graduate and he has good experience of more than 20 years in steel sector.

Mr. Ashok Agarwal

Mr. Ashok Agarwal aged 62 years, is working as another whole-time Director in Company. He is also engineering graduate and he has vast experience of more than 32 years in steel segment.

KEY MANAGEMENT PERSON

Mr. Pawan Agarwal

Mr. Pawan Agarwal, aged 51 years, is working as Chief Operating Officer in Company. He is commerce graduate and he has analytical & accomplished person with 28 years of rich & extensive experience in Steel Sector. He has an exemplary communicator with strong planning and relationship management skills with vital contribution in running of the company. He has closely witnessed the phenomenal growth of the Company and has been associated with various crucial steps that the company has taken for its growth. As a member of the core management group, he is respected and valued for his commitment, dedication and ability to quickly and decisively offer solutions to new challenges. His understanding of the business has been instrumental in evolving growth strategies and significantly contributed to implementation of the company's growth policy.

KEY OPERATIONAL TEAM

Mr. Shashi Kant Singhal

Mr. Shashi Kant Singhal is a M.B.A. (Finance) and C.A. Intermediate by qualification and he is working as Head-Accounts & Finance in Company. He has over 16 years of experience in various industries with major focus in Paper and Steel Industries. He is well experienced in all areas of Accounts and Financial Management. Mr. Singhal has enriched and multi-faceted functional experience in budgeting, fund management, accounting, auditing, legal affairs, corporate tax planning, MIS development and liaison with financial and regulatory authorities.

Mr. Sachin Bhatia

Mr. Sachin Bhatia is Bachelor of Engineering by qualification and he is working as Head- Works in Company. He has 20 years of rich experience in Steel Sector. A troubleshooter within the Sidhbali Industries, Mr. Sachin Bhatia is the monitoring eye over the well functioning and maximum output of the production unit. Apart from his technical expertise, Mr. Bhatia has exhibited remarkable quick-decision skills, harnessing impressive results from the workforce.

Mr. Avnesh Rajput

3. Mr. Avnesh Rajput is working as Manager-Sales & Marketing in Company and he has over 15 years of extensive experience in sales & marketing functions in Steel Sector. He is Post-Graduate by qualification and has keen approach to grow business. Under his marketing strategy, the Company has achieved many milestones.
